An inside look at what's going on with KSA.
The KSA Board is composed of more than 20 dedicated members who hope to fortify the mission of KSA through creative programming, effective publicity, and the constant incorporation of our membership. Our weekly board meetings are held on Sundays at 7pm in Lerner w502 and are always open to the membership.

Welcome Columbians!
On behalf of the Korean Students Association, I would like to welcome everyone back to Columbia for the new school year. Columbia is a very diverse community and the Korean population has a strong presence on campus. KSA is one of the largest organizations on campus and we hold many well-known events throughout the year from our date auction to our block party. As an organization we seek to promote Korean Culture and place an emphasis on supporting the Korean community on campus. Our membership of over 600 consists of Koreans and non-Koreans all from diverse backgrounds with an interest in enriching the campus with culture.
This year will bring about a very new and different face of KSA and I hope all of you expect the best out of KSA as we work hard for the Columbia community in 2006 and 2007. As we set out for the new school year, I encourage you to join us at our events and feel free to contact the board with any questions or comments. Welcome again and I look forward to meeting all of you.
Sincerely,
William Kim

Hello fellow Columbia Lions!
I hope that everyone enjoyed their spring break thorougly especially after a rigorous week of midterms, papers, and problem sets.
I'd like to start off congratulating the culture show board for a spectacular show this year. Playback was a phenomenal production, and Spencer Chang (CC'06) and Christina Chung (CC'06), co-directors, were amazing in coordinating and directing a motivated board. Thank you to all performers, board members, and, of course, you, the general membership, for making this year's culture show one of the best.
The first half of second semester featured great programming (e.g. Lunar New Year Celebration, SeOUL Food, Winning Eleven Tournament). The rest of this semester is off to a promising start, with Block Party and Semiformal coming up.
Enjoy the rest of the semester and warm weather, and we hope to see you at elections and Block Party!
Best,
Sarah Hwang
